When I read this the first time, it made me take a deep breath ...
"Unplug” can be unplugging from electronics, social media, news, etc.
And also from literally anything we’re doing all the time … Whether constantly giving our energy to other people, running from this place to that place, or whatever our regular juggling act is 🤍
I’s so true that almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, and often times if it’s *me* I’m unplugging … By taking solid time outside or choosing to do something fun that’s completely out of the norm … Usually I work even better after unplugging for a bit!

It’s not natural for me to shift towards unplugging, so I’ve been doing much better by scheduling it in 🤍 Still need a lot of consistent little reminders, but I’m improving!
