Is sleep one of your biggest worries?

This client has been navigating multiple health concerns and recently underwent a sleep study at a renowned medical institution.

She shared how awful she felt during the study … hooked up to machines, forced to sleep on her back, and it showed she stopped breathing. The result? A CPAP prescription with a three-month adjustment period.

๐Ÿค Before the test, she was sleeping 7–8 solid hours.

๐Ÿค Since starting the CPAP, her sleep is chaotic … waking up panicked, brain foggy, and her overall healing feels stuck.

 

She joined my Black Friday BOGO offer and booked a coaching call. In just one session, we explored her sleep, food patterns, past lives, crown chakra, evening rituals, and more.

As a controlled test, I suggested she skip the CPAP for one night while implementing the small shifts we discussed (and always communicate with her doctors, of course).
