POV: you made one small change
you are not your mind.
you are not your mental hang ups around food.
you are not your mind’s resistance to exercise.
you are your heart … and your mind is an extraordinarily beautiful tool *you* get to use.
your mind is not supposed to be the main driver nor the actual decision maker.
you are your heart.
your mind is at the behest of your heart.
it is a beautiful tool with brilliant ideas … your MIND has ideas … and you (your heart) are the being who chooses and decides.
… yeah … it does take some true retraining, and dedicated practice to shift free from the mental loops that you have subconsciously chosen to give full control of your life 🤍
it’s simple.
not necessarily easy.
and it’s POSSIBLE.
you have full possibility to live your life as *you* … instead of as your mental patterns that you’ve mistaken as you 🤍
