Habits to lower stress

1 🀍 drinking a glass of water + a mug of warm water with lemon as the first thing in my body every morning

2 🀍 building a daily meditation habit starting from 2 minutes at a time

3 🀍 shifting into regularly intuitively exercising vs. using exercise as a punishment for what I ate or permission to eat

4 🀍 eating real food as snacks … a piece of fruit, or clean hummus & veggies, or dry roasted edamame, or chocolate-tofu pudding, or raw nuts & seeds …

5 🀍 going to bed early whenever possible with no book, no phone, no tv, no input … just getting ready for bed and climbing in bed to sleep

 

Stress wrecks our health in every way 🀍 mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually 🀍

Internal time & space

Sleep hygiene

Friends / work environment / all relationships

... They either add to your health or add to your stress 🀍
