One of the easiest ways to eat more vegetables is adding greens to your leftovers ... any leftovers!
Take half a bunch of spinach, arugula, baby kale, swiss chard, mixed greens, any greens! … put them in the bottom of your bowl or on the side of the plate, put your leftovers on top, and heat them up together 🌱
