Drink and meditate.
I used to drink most every night … a lot for someone my size … and go to bed late. Even when I shifted into my morning routine, which includes being up early, meditating, centering, and connecting.
That was my training, wheels phase
That’s basically like dehydrating to rehydrate … you constantly had one coffee, one water, one coffee, one water or one wine, one water, one wine, one water
It’s beneficial to have water, but it’s not like you’re actually rehydrating
My initial pattern with drinking until a late bedtime, and getting up early to meditate
I would unentered to resent, unground to re-ground
Not that the meditation was not beneficial, but you get the drift
It’s OK if you are in certain patterns, and shifting out of others at the same time
Consistent aligned, action steps are exactly where you are supposed to be right now, and things shift for you when you point your ship in the direction into non-going

That is the way the noticeable bigger shifts start to unfold in front of your face 🤍
