You can declutter your house, car, office space, life … shed people who aren’t in alignment with who you really are … detoxify your body, mind, emotions ... declutter your daily routine, and—as a couple of my clients noticed in parallel ah-ha moments this week—on the flip side of that crucial, natural life shedding, is what you bring in.
Being not only intentional with decluttering, but also choosing to be on purpose with what foods & drinks you put in your body’s system after detoxifying … what you bring into your home, car, office … who you frequently surround yourself with in life … all of it.
And an even further “next level” is intentional placement of all you bring in.
