Breaking Free from the Procrastination Hover⏳
You know that weird “hover” when you’re putting something off? Whether it’s working out or prepping for that big moment, here’s how to break through it:

1 - Set a 5 minute timer and give yourself a countdown like you would a toddler … “5 minutes to finish up!”
2 - When the timer’s up, count down: 5-4-3-2-1 … … stand up on ‘1’ on ‘1’ and GO!
