When you feel a yucky internal feeling creeping in, trying even 1 of these can shift things instantly 🙏🏼  Let me know if they’re helpful for you!

1. Write 10 “I Am” statements … the first couple can be super basic like “I am 5 feet tall” and then expand ☺️⁣

2. List (or think of) 3 things that have gone well today … even if they’re tiny like “I only hit snooze twice this morning!”⁣

3. Step outside for a minute and breathe from the sky in through your whole body, and out through your feel into mother earth 7x … feel your connectedness to all above, all around, and all beneath you supporting you.⁣ Know & feel that you’re not alone, and that actually, you’re in full co-creation⁣ 🙏🏼
